Testimonials

Paul’s years of experience, sensitivity and sincerity were always reflected in his questions, which were well judged and led to very enlightening moments, often about habits developed over many years.

Susan was a pleasure to work with on our social media campaign. She has boundless energy and drive which comes across in a helpful and personable manner. Her knowledge of her subject matter is excellent and her commitment to transfer this knowledge is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending Susan.

The coaching sessions I had with Karen were the springboard I needed to make the change in my career. They made me focus more on the strengths and qualities I had to offer rather than allowing negative thoughts to block my ambition

”Brian who was so professional, enthusiastic and encouraging” “led the course in a constructive, relaxed and interactive manner”. “one to one coaching sessions were so specifically geared towards getting the best out me” “I felt the coaching gave me confidence to face the future with great positivity

John has a natural coaching disposition. Add to this his business, sports and academic skills and experience, and you have a very effective coach and mentor; trusted and respected by those he works with

Jamie is a superb coach and consultant with considerable depth of knowledge in many fields. His understanding of finance was of great benefit to our business and I would certainly recommend people to work with to our business and I would certainly recommend people to work with him to him to gain a greater understanding of all aspects of their businessgain a greater understanding of all aspects of their business.

Tony is an excellent leader who can quickly identify the overriding business requirement and establish the key resources/individuals required to achieve the required results. He has an excellent ability to formulate strong effective teams

Lynda initiated some really good exercises that helped me to learn a lot about myself both professionally and personally. I hope to carry on with the techniques and learnings beyond the time spent during coaching. As a Talent Manager she was pragmatic and enhanced business results. Her style is direct, not afraid to ask the uncomfortable questions!

I have worked with her on complex/sensitive matters, acquisitions, HR policy, employee wellbeing, large scale organisational restructuring/change management and leadership development programs. Aisling is comfortable working with senior level decision makers and provides expert HR thought leadership.

Aileen is an excellent executive coach and I would strongly recommend her, particularly for those moving into new and challenging senior roles as I was when I started with her. She coached me on how to manag e my new peers and how to not only present as my best self but get the best out of my peers also.

What the Chamber member can expect

We talk about Coaching AND Mentoring however they are in fact two quite different approaches.

A coach will work with you to help develop your self-awareness and to support you in your personal development. The methodology is based on well established practice. Our panel are qualified, certified and highly experienced in working with people at all levels in an organisation and every stage in their career. A coach will focus on individual or team development. The coach can help you or your team become more effective, address development opportunities, achieve personal career objectives and business objectives.

A mentor will bring their sectoral and functional experience to the table. A mentor will have extensive experience in working in organisations and will be able to share that experience with you. You will learn different approaches, methodologies, what works/what doesn’t, tips/tricks from a mentor.
